Shipping & Returns

At Neon Party, we want you to have a positive experience with your purchase.

As such, we encourage you to carefully review our Shipping, Warranties, and Returns Policy before making any purchases from our online store. This will ensure that you are fully aware of your rights under the policy, as well as our obligations to you.

Upon receiving your order, we recommend that you promptly inspect the delivered products to ensure they meet your expectations. This includes verifying that the products are of acceptable quality and functioning as intended. SHIPPING
We strive to deliver your purchased products within the specified timeframe. For standard orders, we aim to deliver within 2 weeks, while rush orders are typically delivered within 10 days. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that external factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. Neon Party is responsible for delivering items to the customer as listed on the purchasing order, with shipping costs included. However, any charges incurred due to customer errors (such as incorrect address or undeliverable orders) will be the responsibility of the customer.


WARRANTY
Our indoor LED neon signs come with a 24-month warranty, while our outdoor LED neon signs come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers faulty items when used appropriately. Please note that incorrect use will void the warranty.

If you believe your sign is faulty, please contact us at info@neonpartys.com. We will request both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty and not a result of improper use, we will request the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. We will provide a prepaid shipping return label and cover the cost of repackaging. Please retain the receipt for packaging costs, as they will be reimbursed by Neon Party. Once the repair is complete, we will send the sign back to your chosen shipping address.

If we determine that the sign is faulty due to incorrect use and you wish to have it fixed, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including shipping, repackaging, and repairs or replacement. The pricing will depend on the extent of damage to the neon sign. Please contact us for further information.


RETURNS
Change of Mind
For custom neon signs that are made to order, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated once the order is processed and in production. In the case of pre-designed signs, customers may negotiate with Neon Party for a return and refund, subject to approval. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred, including shipping, repackaging, and any applicable taxes.


Broken or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrives broken or damaged, you are entitled to return the item free of charge for a replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please notify us of the issue within seven days of receiving the item and email us photos and videos of the sign and its packaging. In accordance with Consumer Protection Laws, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and may offer to fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. If a full or partial refund is agreed upon, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for receiving the refund.
