We offer a total of 22 colours to choose from. 11 of these comes with white tube but colourful LED, so the colour shows when the sign is ON. The remaining11 colours show their shades even when the sign is OFF as it comes with a tinted cover on the tube.
We can also offer a color change option for certain types of signs. Please request a specific quote for this.
Yes, we offer an extensive range of 36 fonts including script fonts, basic (block) fonts and double lined fonts. We believe this is the widest range offered by any LED neon sign maker. And that's not all, we can work with almost any font you want as well. If your preferred font isn't listed on our custom neon sign maker (click the font tab) just contact us with your preferred font and we will make it happen for you!

Custom Neon signs are designed in Australia and the United States, and manufactured in China, Hong Kong, Australia and the United States. Where your sign will be made depends on the specifications of the logo, materials and production process conditions or special requirements.
We can work to a minimum letter height of around 10cm (4"), as the letters have comparatively more definition at this size. However, there is a possibility of making even smaller letters, but larger letters have a neater finish. Though, we offer a minimum sign size of 50cm in width, and usually work up to 250cm wide. Yes! we can produce waterproof versions for outdoors events and outdoor permanent installation and Neon waterproof rating can reach IP67(IP67 Products are protected from immersion in water with a depth of up to 3'3'' or 1m for up to 30minutes)Please specify your application when you submit your custom order inquiry or choose it direct on our custom sign product page.
Of course, you can choose the style what you want,there has two styles to choose:
1.Neon lights design in a clear acrylic box like this:(This design style is not recommended because it is easy to crush the box during transportation)
2.Neon lights/lamps with an acrylic base to allow for stand-up signs just like this:
As Neon partyTM light signs are handmade there is a rare chance of small marks on the acrylic or glue marks at the attaching point of the PVC tube holding flexible LED to the acrylic. It's a rare thing to happen but if it does, the marks are very diminutive and when the sign is turned ON, they don't show at all.
Neon light comes with a lifetime of 30,000 hours minimum. It almost makes 10 years given you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. The best part is the fact that it is 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs.neon sign with 24 month warranty， If a problem arises, usually it is the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items. We also supply replacements if it exceeds the warranty period.
Our LED neon signs are only 12V thus run at a safer voltage than a traditional neon light. Its low voltage output ensures the outer surface doesn't heat up even after long hours of operating.

Our LED Neon's are much stronger than traditional neon signs. They are made from proprietary PVC molding technology and are unbreakable. We deliver signs with high quality acrylic as backing, however, we can provide the neon sign without backing for professional clients as well.

We offer returns and refunds for faulty products only. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will try our best to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolve for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product is decided on a case by case basis majorly depending on the source of the fault. Please note that we do not provide pre-paid shipping return labels. Orders must be sent back at customer's expense. We suggest you get a tracking number with your return also, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Custom Neon and the purchaser. Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs , NeonParty bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, NeonParty takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 24 month warranty.

Hanging new neon signs is usually hassle-free. Custom neon signs have an average weight of 3-6kg and are pre-drilled on the acrylic back panel. All you need to do is fix the neon light on the wall or you can choose to suspend it from the chain as an optional accessory. However, permanently used neon signs and some large internal neon signs requires professional installation.To install a new neon light on the wall, you need to use one of our logo hanging or wall mounting kits. You can also use the following items to do the needful as follow:
All of our signs comes with a 12V transformer and connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country).
We offer a total of 13ft from the neon sign to your power plug. The cord from the neon sign is 1.8 meters (6ft) long sheathed with a clear coating, along with 1.2 meters (4ft) of black or white cord from the power adaptor. You get another 1 meter (3ft) black or white cord from the adaptor to your plug.
Our remote & dimmer offers a range of brightness settings, ON & OFF option, and Party Modes which makes the light sign flash, flicker and pulse. They also allow you to dim the brightness of your sign, which can help with exposure when taking photos in front of your LED neon sign or when using it as a feature for a photo shoot,When you custom standard neon and you choose the signle color,we offer a free dimmer to Adjustable brightness:

Shipping

Orders usually take 2-3 weeks, including production and shipping. If you would like your sign quicker please add Rush My Order at checkout. This will push your order to the front of the production queue, for delivery to your address in 2 weeks.
The United States - We have a $29 flat rate charge for the USA. Shipping costs are added at checkout,But alsoWe have a coupon for free shipping on all orders over $299 The United Kingdom- please use our UK website to order. Australia - please use our Australian website to order. Rest of the world - shipping costs are added at checkout and are calculated according to your country and city. Standard orders take 3-5 weeks, including production and shipping. 'Rush' orders take 2-3 weeks, including production and shipping to addresses in the USA and Canada. Please choose the 'Rush My Order' option at checkout, and let us know the date by which you need your sign to arrive.
Because your neon light sign are handmade so there is production time on each order,3weeks is the maximum turnaround time and most customers receive their Custom Neon order within 3 weeks. Please note that Customs clearance may increase the delivery time for some countries.For Rush orders we aim to produce and deliver your order within 2-3 weeks. If we are unable to deliver your order within 3 weeks we are happy to refund the difference between the Standard and Rush order shipping cost.
Although this is a rare occurrence,But if it does happen, I hope we can work it out together ,At first We recommend opening your Custom Neon parcel upon delivery. Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your Custom Neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: the delivery date is the courier delivery date which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email. If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 14 day claim period please send an email to your LED Neon Designer or info@customneon.com with all of the following: a clear photo of the damage to the sign,a clear photo of the box & any damage to the outer box, and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.

UV printing is an effective way to add a sharp, vibrant coloured image or text on the backboard of a Custom Neon sign. UV printing is available on any acrylic and can be printed in any colour. If you use a specific colour just provide us with your Pantone code or CMYK breakdown and we can match it!
